Return and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Definitions

For the purposes of this policy:

  • “Customer” refers to the end user who has made a purchase through our website or a verified distributor.

  • “Order” means a completed purchase request for one or more of our Products.
     
  • “Website” refers to Just Send It Designs at justsenditdesigns.co.uk.

Returns

We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item:

  • Is in good condition, unless it is faulty;
     
  • Has not been intentionally damaged or misused;
     
  • Is not excluded under the exceptions listed below.
     

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange — unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item becomes faulty within 12 months of the purchase date, we will offer a replacement. To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be used only for its intended purpose;
     
  • Show no signs of intentional damage or misuse.
     

How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Return Shipping

Once approved, you'll be asked to return the item.
Important Notes:

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item.
     
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
     
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
     
  • Please email us to receive the return address.
     

3. Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
     
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 24 hours of approval.
     

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Digital items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or delivered incorrectly.
