Terms of service
Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Just Send It Designs Limited (“Just Send It Designs”, “JS-ID”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
1. About Us
Just Send It Designs Limited is a UK-based business designing, manufacturing and supplying automotive parts, accessories and other products.
Website: js-id.com
Email: [insert customer-service email]
Registered/Business Address: [insert appropriate business address]
Company Number: [insert company number]
Where required, our VAT registration number will also be displayed on our website or appropriate documentation.
UK online sellers are required to provide customers with identifying and contact information, including an email address, and a VAT number where applicable.
2. Our Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Product photographs are intended to provide a good representation of the item. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, manufacturing processes and the device or screen being used to view our website.
Some JS-ID products are manufactured, machined, 3D printed, laser cut, UV printed, assembled or finished in-house or in small production runs.
Minor cosmetic variations that are a normal consequence of the relevant manufacturing process may therefore occur.
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for their intended purpose. UK consumers have statutory rights covering these matters.
3. Vehicle Fitment
Where applicable, we provide vehicle compatibility information to help customers select the correct product.
Our MX-5/Miata fitment categories may include:
NA / MK1
NB / MK2
NC / MK3
ND / MK4
Universal
Customers should check the product description and stated fitment before ordering.
Vehicle specification can vary by model year, market, trim level, previous modification and other factors.
A product marked Universal is not necessarily guaranteed to fit every vehicle without consideration of the dimensions, installation requirements or other compatibility information stated on the product page.
If you're unsure whether a product will fit your vehicle, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.
4. Modified Vehicles
Many MX-5s and Miatas have been modified during their lifetime.
Aftermarket components, previous repairs, body modifications, interior modifications and other non-standard parts may affect the compatibility or installation of a product.
Where a compatibility issue results solely from modifications to a vehicle that we could not reasonably have known about, this may not mean that the product itself is faulty.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights regarding faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
5. Installation
Some products require installation or fitting to a vehicle.
Customers are responsible for following any installation instructions supplied with the product and for deciding whether they have the appropriate skills and equipment to perform an installation safely.
Where specialist knowledge, tools or safety-critical work are required, we recommend using a suitably competent professional.
Products should not be modified or used for a purpose for which they were not designed.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful. UK businesses cannot simply use contract wording to remove responsibility for matters including faulty goods or injury where liability cannot legally be excluded.
6. Product Use
Our products must be used appropriately and for their intended purpose.
Automotive products should be inspected periodically and should not continue to be used if they show signs of significant damage, failure or unsafe deterioration.
It is the vehicle owner's responsibility to ensure that their vehicle remains roadworthy and complies with applicable laws and regulations in the country or region where it is used.
7. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
You must provide accurate information when placing an order, including your contact, billing and delivery information.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any amount already paid for goods we cannot supply.
UK online-selling rules require businesses to make the ordering/payment process clear and provide confirmation of the contract in a form the customer can retain.
8. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed on our website in the currency shown.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed or calculated during checkout before you complete your purchase.
International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import VAT, taxes or handling charges imposed by their destination country, unless the checkout or delivery service specifically states that these charges have been prepaid.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where necessary.
We will not add optional charges without the customer's express agreement.
9. Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Some products may be manufactured or prepared to order.
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and provide appropriate options, which may include waiting for new stock, selecting an alternative or receiving a refund.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping services, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where applicable.
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
We also ship internationally to supported destinations.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless a specific delivery date has expressly been agreed.
Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.
UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed with the customer.
11. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy explains our 30-day returns process and how to request a return.
UK consumers also have statutory cancellation rights for many purchases made online. In general, customers must be told that they may cancel eligible purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods, with a further 14 days to return them after notifying the seller. Certain exceptions apply, including some personalised or custom-made goods.
Our voluntary returns policy does not replace or reduce your statutory rights.
12. Custom & Personalised Products
Some products can be customised or manufactured to a customer's specification.
Please carefully check names, wording, colours, dimensions, designs and other custom information before submitting an order.
Once production of a personalised or made-to-specification product has begun, change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply where the law provides an exemption.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original content, branding, graphics, photographs, product designs and other intellectual property created by Just Send It Designs remain the property of their respective rights holders, including Just Send It Designs Limited where applicable.
Purchase of a physical product does not automatically transfer intellectual-property rights in its design, artwork or associated digital files.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our original protected content without permission where such rights apply.
Third-party names, trademarks and brands remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Third-Party Brands & Vehicles
References to vehicle manufacturers, vehicle models and third-party brands may be used to describe compatibility or intended use.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with the relevant manufacturer or brand.
15. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing in these terms attempts to exclude rights or remedies relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet statutory requirements.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Any limitation of liability in these terms is intended to operate only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
UK consumer law specifically prevents businesses from relying on unfair terms to escape certain legal responsibilities, which is why I've kept this section deliberately restrained rather than using one of those aggressive “use entirely at your own risk” clauses you see on some aftermarket-parts websites.
16. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
We may update, maintain or change the website where reasonably necessary.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable requirements.
The terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when that order was placed, subject to applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country or region that cannot be excluded by these terms.
